What We Do

Are you confused or in need of advice? As independent asbestos experts, we are perfectly positioned to confidently offer professional guidance and make recommendations. You will receive a knowledgeable and objective view on any questions or dilemmas you are facing; or may face, and the solutions needed to resolve and prevent them.

Note: Asbestos kills; it is strongly advisable to approach things professionally and seek consultation where required.

If you are responsible for any non-domestic properties built before the year 2000; by law, you MUST know if any asbestos is present and manage it safely. To do this, you will first need a survey carried out, to have an Asbestos Register produced to refer from.

Note: There are different types of surveys needed for different situations.

(UKAS ACCREDITED SERVICE)

If airborne; Asbestos Fibres are no joking matter. The consequence of breathing it in can be both serious and fatal. If you know of any asbestos or suspect materials that may have been disturbed or are being removed, you should ALWAYS make sure the effected and surrounding areas are not contaminated, and that the air you are inhaling is safe.

Note: There are different types of specialist air monitoring needed for different reasons.

(UKAS ACCREDITED SERVICE)

Everything and everyone needs auditing; it’s how we meet standards, expectations and improve. How do you know with confidence that your contractors/projects are still on track? Are you the right person to be making such assessments? Continued monitoring and evaluation is critical to maintaining compliance.

Note: We cannot stress enough the importance of a independent, competent, qualified and experienced person doing any auditing.

If you become aware of any suspect materials, you will need to know if it is asbestos or not as a matter of urgency; in order to plan what to do next.

Note: Sampling of materials should be done by a qualified, trained and competent person to make sure adequate quantities of materials are taken, and that all correct procedures and processes are followed.

(UKAS ACCREDITED LABORATORY USED)

Do you have the correct level of information, instructions and training regarding asbestos? Could you recognise asbestos-containing materials? And know what to do if you came across any in order to protect you and others?

Note: Training is key and we offer bespoke courses to teach you exactly what you need to know.

Why take any unnecessary risks? If you need to remove asbestos, we strongly recommend ALWAYS using specialists so that Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidances are satisfied; and no laws are broken so you avoid prosecution. We can arrange and manage the entire process.

Note: There can be many practical, financial and legal pitfalls when dealing with asbestos so you must be very careful.
